Proper use of Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish - Nutrients - I

I have a bottle of Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish and am thinking about using it on at least one of the plants I am growing (I might only do one just for comparisons sake). On the bottle it says to use 8mL per gallon during the final week of bloom. So, this is where I’m not sure exactly what to do… I was originally planning on doing straight water (no nutrients) for the last 2 weeks before I harvest.
