PORTLAND, Ore. – If you’re riding MAX today you may see a few people without pants on, as the infamous “No Pants Subway Ride” returns to Portland. Riders in Portland gathered Sunday afternoon at the Skidmore Fountain. Organizers say it is an all-ages event and remind participants to remain decent. People in cities across the country take part in the annual “No Pants Subway Ride. ” The event was started by the group "Improv Everywhere" in New York back in 2002.
