Sri Yantra is referred to as the mother of all Yantras because all other Yantras originate from it. The worship of the Sri Yantra is central to the Sri Vidya system of Hindu worship. It signifies the Goddess as Devi Tripura Sundari and is an interpretation of the universe at the macrocosmic scale and of the human body at the microcosmic scale. It contains nine interlocking triangles and all that surround the focal point: the Bindu. The four upward triangles correspond to Shiva, and the five downward triangles represent Shakti. Each of the forty-three small triangles has a presiding deity linked to a particular aspect of existence. This Yantra is a remedy to restrict the evil force entering the house. In addition, it contributes to health, financial growth, prosperity, positive energy, peace, and harmony.
