To perform this exercise do the following steps: Step 1: Lay down flat on your back and pull your right knee to your chest. Step 2: Raise your left leg 3-4 inches off the ground and point your toes out away from your body. Step 3: Place your right hand on your ankle and your left hand on your knee and pull your right leg in.Step 4: Lift your shoulders and head up off the ground so that your chin is to your chest.Step 5: Hold this position for a second or two and then alternate legs. Continue back and forth for the desired amount of reps.
