X45 Our 45-minute class is a combines various speeds, levels of resistance, and pieces of choreography for a head-to-toe spin. Each instructor builds their class to encourage you to feel strong, capable, and challenged. X60 This is our standard cycle class, but 15 minutes extra to sweat. This is where true growth happens. NYXX the excuse and clip in. X30 Our 30-minute class is still full body and packs a punch. It allows you to get in, get straight to work, and get on with your busiest days.
