Fit it in the panties with the printed side turned to the bottom. Do not forget to button it up. You can change it within 4-6 hours or when find it necessary. After use, you can hand wash it - cool water removes fluid stains more effectively than hot water - or put it in the washing machine up to 60C (a quick pre-hand cold wash can be done before it). Air dry and reuse it! Important: avoid using bleach, fabric softener, iron, and dryer. Composition: cotton and PUL fabric. Shipping All orders shipped by Beewise are completely plastic-free.
