Compression garments are recommended for new mums following childbirth to increase circulation to aid healing, reduce swelling and reduce post-pregnancy related aches and pains. Our Recovery styles are designed for use in the first 8-10 weeks after birth, however we know that everyone’s post birth experience will be different. We recommend wearing your Postnatal Recovery Tights for as long as they provide benefits. We designed these recovery tights in consultation with a women's health physiotherapist to target specific postpartum issues including instability of the hips and pelvis post-birth, lower back pain, abdominal muscle separation (DRAM) or weakness, as well as pelvic floor issues.
