Printed on 200gsm photo quality paper (not card) using a professional inkjet printer and inks, then placed in a protective cellophane sleeve. A5 & A4 posted by Royal Mail standard 2nd Class, A3 sent 2nd Class 'tracked' - 1st Class postage upgrades available. - FRAMED items are available in white or black frames, in print sizes A4 and A3 (See size guide below). Posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class ‘Signed For’ tracked post - First Class tracked upgrade available. - DIGITAL DOWNLOAD are high resolution JPG and PDF files, emailed through the ‘MESSAGES’ system. The buyer is required to download and print themselves. HOW TO ORDER 1 - CHOOSE: Your size/product format (DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, PRINT or FRAMED PRINT) from the ‘Size’ drop down menu. 2 - CHOOSE: Background colour from the ‘Primary colour’ drop down menu. The design/wording will be in white unless the ‘TWO COLOUR DESIGN’ option is selected (see below for more info). 3 - PERSONALISE: Provide your recipient’s name(s), date or special message in the ‘personalisation’ box. If one isn’t required state NONE, then only the artist name and song title will be printed. (PLEASE CHECK ALL OF YOUR WORDING & SPELLING CAREFULLY!) 4 - TWO COLOUR DESIGN: This option is for customers who’d like their design/wording in a second colour. Please state your choice of 2 colours (and in which order) in either the ‘personalisation’ box or ‘Add a note to TheDaisyHillShop’ at the checkout. 5 - For A3 and framed prints, ideally please provide an address where there will be SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO SIGN for your delivery. If someone is not available, a Royal Mail calling card will be left for you to either rearrange delivery, or collect from your local Royal Mail sorting office. SIZE GUIDE Please use the following measurements to help you select the correct frame size for your print. The DESIGN SIZE measurements are approximate dimensions which the design/wording takes up. All prints are full bleed (ink to the edge of the paper) and will fit the relevant ‘A’ sized frame. PRINTS - A5: PAPER SIZE 14.8x21cm - DESIGN SIZE 11x16cm - Fits a 5x7” picture area/window mount.
