Vintage Sewing Pattern 1930s Long Line or Strapless Bra #2031 Multisize PDF 32 34 36 38 40 42 44 Bust

This is a digital, print-at-home reproduction of an incredibly rare 1930s Ladies' Brassiere sewing pattern. This charming little bra can be sewn in 4 versions including, regular, strapless and two different lengths of longline bras. The 2nd photo shows how much fabric is required for each bra. This pattern does not call for underwires. The strapless versions are instead held up with featherbone (light-weight boning). Please note that this pattern also calls for elastic, though a substitute may be used if you have an allergy. Rather have a paper pattern? Find that here. SIZING: Multisize! 32-34-36-38-40-42-44" bust. Patterns from the 1930s didn't have cup measurements. Instead, they used the full over-bust measurement (rather than your under bust as in most modern bras). The cup size averages around a B/C. Most people don't have trouble fitting this pattern when they go by bust size instead of cup size. Difficulty level: Intermediate The instructions in English are included. This pattern prints in color, and also includes an option to print one size at a time using layers in Adobe - why print all of the sizes when you can print just your size with the click of a mouse?!
