The cup has a unique handle, has a ring of porcelain beads at the base, and sits on three paw feet. White un-gilded portions and a floral gold motif on the cup and saucer enhance the design and connect the two pieces together. Size: Cup measures 4 1/2” long (w/handle) x 3 3/4” wide x 4 1/4” tall. Saucer measures 5 3/4” wide/round x 1” high
Condition: Excellent condition with some wear commensurate with age & use. Circa 1820s. One chipped bead at base of teacup, some loss of gold on teacup exterior as well as on saucer.
