DAILY USE:

Apply oil to the palm of your hands and massage throughout your hair (15-20 drops). You might want to use more if your hair is thicker and longer or use less if your hair is shorter than 10 inches (10-15 drops). Rub from root to end massaging throughout the scalp.

HOT OIL TREATMENT:

Once a week apply 15-20 drops to roots. You might want to use more if your hair is thicker and longer or use less if your hair is shorter than 10 inches.
