This is pre owned and Im not sure if its been used. Condition is very good The small clutch or make up bag still has teh tag on it. There is a little wear spot on the Vera Bradley tag on the front bottom and a small soil spot on the front above the front pocket zipper. Clutch is 7 1/2W, 7H, 2 1/2D.
