Winco's flat-bottomed aluminum ingredient scoops come in small (4 oz), medium (7 oz), and large (24 oz). Bakeries often use these as dry ingredient scoops, but they have many other applications too. Being constructed of cast aluminum, these scoops are strong and lightweight, with a textured finish for more grip and resistance against damage. Their flat bottoms allow them to be set down after use without rolling or spilling their contents.
